Title: HR Specialist II

Work Location: Remote

Duration: 6+ Months

Shift Timing: 1st shift | If they live EST work from 9:30AM to 6:30PM | If they live CST work from 8:30AM to 5:30PM


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manages complex end-to-end pre-hire activities: offer letters, employment agreements, background & medical checks, right-to-work verification.
  • Resolves complex inquiries via case management, telephony, chat and all HR systems & tools.
  • Ensures timely and high-quality completion of complex, time-sensitive activities to meet performance and quality Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Ensures compliance with policies, documentation standards, and audit requirements.
  • Is a Subject Matter Expert (SME), and partners with global stakeholders, COEs, and vendors to identify and implement process and automation improvements to enhance the pre-hire experience.
  • Identifies and solutions for trends or inefficiencies and contributes to enhancement projects.
  • Mentors and provides guidance to team members, creates / maintains training content (e.g. job aides, etc.), facilitates training sessions, and supports onboarding for new Pre-hire Services team members.
  • Support AI-driven initiatives and use data insights to enhance service delivery.
  • Supports global HR Projects.
  • Other HR Support as needed.


Minimum Qualifications :

  • At least a 2-year degree in Human Resources or a field applicable to the role with 2 or more years of experience in Human Resources or related field.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1 or more years' experience in related pre-hire or onboarding activities providing Exceptional customer service support.
  • 1 or more years' experience using HR Systems and tools including Workday and ServiceNow.
  • 1 or more years of hands-on experience in a telephony or case management role, demonstrating familiarity with high-volume customer interactions or case handling.

  • Strong command of English language, both written and verbal.
  • Advanced issue resolution, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Interest in technology and automation, with basic knowledge and understanding of AI tools.
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities, and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
  • Intermediate analytical and excel skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
