Job Description In this role, you will perform advanced-level repair, calibration, and preventative maintenance on semiconductor equipment within the Dry Etch area. You will take a leadership role in evaluating equipment conditions and determining maintenance requirements to ensure maximum availability of production equipment. You will collaborate closely with Production and Engineering teams to identify and resolve process-related issues, while also providing technical guidance and mentorship to lower-level technicians. You will be responsible for determining the methods and procedures used on new assignments, and may serve as an informal team leader, directing area shift pass-downs and setting priorities for the team based on production requirements. This position requires the ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively, tackling complex and challenging tasks with confidence and sound judgment. Shift: Thursday-Saturday and every other Wednesday, 5:30 AM - 5:45 PM This Job Is For You If:
