You'll be part of a supportive team with significant opportunities for advancement, extensive industry training, and a clear path toward permanent employment and leadership opportunities. *Schedule:* Must be available 7 days/week between *5:00 AM - 10:00 PM* (assigned set schedule) Key Responsibilities * Handle a high volume of inbound customer service calls in a call center environment * Make occasional outbound follow-up calls as needed * Answer questions related to prior authorizations, healthcare benefits, and general customer inquiries * Discuss confidential and sensitive information while maintaining compliance and professionalism * Accurately enter and update customer information across multiple systems * Document all customer interactions thoroughly and efficiently * Maintain high quality and accuracy standards * Manage approximately *50-100 calls per day*, depending on call complexity * Navigate multiple applications and databases simultaneously while assisting customers Required Qualifications Minimum *1 year of recent high-volume call center experience* within the last 2-3 years Stable work history with at least *1 year of tenure in previous positions* * Ability to type 30+ words per minute* * Proficiency with computers and multiple software systems* * Ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment* Assessment Requirements Candidates must successfully complete: * *Typing Test - One Space Version (1 Minute)*: Minimum *30 WPM* * *Call Center - Telephone Skills Assessment*: Minimum *75% Score* Training Program *Training Schedule:* * Monday-Friday * 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM * 4-week paid training program Training Expectations * Participation is critical to success * Four assessments will be administered during training * Employees must maintain an average score of *90% or higher* * *Taking notes, completing worksheets, and active engagement are strongly encouraged* Schedule & Overtime * Assigned schedules will fall between *5:00 AM and 10:00 PM* * *Availability required 7 days per week* * *Mandatory overtime expected during January and February* * *Shift assignments are determined through a performance-based shift bid process* following training Shift Bid Process Scheduling preferences are awarded based on training performance, including test scores and overall ranking. *Apply today if you're a customer-focused professional with recent call center experience and a passion for helping others.* *Job Type & Location*This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Plymouth, MI. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
