Customer Service Representative - Call Center (Prior Authorization Support) *Location:* Tempe, AZ
*Pay Rate:* $21.00 *Schedule Times:* Monday - Sunday 05:00 am - 10:00 pm Position Overview We are seeking a *Customer Service Representative* to join a fast-paced call center environment supporting customers with prior authorization inquiries, account questions, and general support needs. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to navigate multiple computer systems while maintaining accuracy and professionalism. Representatives can expect to handle *50-100 inbound calls per day*, depending on call complexity, while providing exceptional customer service and ensuring confidential information is handled appropriately. Key Responsibilities * Manage a high volume of inbound customer calls and occasional follow-up calls. * Answer questions related to prior authorizations, account inquiries, and general customer concerns. * Accurately document customer interactions and update records in multiple systems. * Navigate various databases, CRM platforms, and internal applications simultaneously during calls. * Maintain confidentiality and compliance when handling sensitive customer information. * Deliver a positive customer experience while meeting quality and accuracy expectations. * Research and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner. * Ensure all information entered into systems is complete and accurate. Qualifications * Minimum *1 year of recent high-volume call center experience* within the last 2-3 years. * Strong customer service and problem-solving skills. * Ability to multitask and navigate multiple computer applications simultaneously. * Excellent data entry and documentation skills with a high level of accuracy. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Basic computer proficiency and comfort learning new systems and applications. * Ability to type *30+ WPM*.
