Job Description Rockwell Automation is the world's leader in industrial automation. Marketing Communications plays a critical role in taking complex, highly technical topics and translating them into clear, compelling stories that resonate with our audiences. What we say and what we do must always align. We believe in the power of marketing communications to create energy, reach new audiences, grow our business, and deliver distinctive, on-brand experiences. The Marketing Communications Manager leads our MarComm function and drives awareness, consideration and engagement across our core industries, solutions, hardware, software and services. You will help execute marketing communications objectives aligned to strategic priorities, ensuring consistent, highquality messaging across launches, campaigns and channels. You will help lead a team of marketing communications specialists who create and deliver content and campaign tactics that showcase the depth and breadth of Rockwell Automation's offerings. This includes storytelling, content strategy, campaign execution and close collaboration across global and regional teams. As a leader, you will partner closely with stakeholders across portfolio, industry, social, PR, web and digital demand and marketing operations, to build strong, strategic activation plans that support our priorities. You will ensure MarComm tactics are strategically aligned, well executed and measurable. You will be an internal marketing evangelist and an external brand ambassador. You are both a leader and a doer - a strategic thinker who leads with positivity and influence. You will mentor and coach your team, build capabilities for the future, and hold a high bar for quality, consistency and brand integrity across all marketing communications. Responsibilities
