Job Description:
Job Summary
Assembly Operator I will assemble aerospace and industrial products partially or completely while working at a bench or on the shop floor.
The role requires following work orders, assembly manuals, operation sheets, setup charts, blueprints, specifications, and supervisor instructions.

Responsibilities:
*Positioning parts according to defined processes
*Fastening parts with bolts, screws, speed clips, epoxy, rivets, or other fasteners
*Using manual/electric/air-powered hand tools, following safety and quality procedures
*Using fixtures and gauges
*checking parts with scales, micrometers, indicators and other production checking devices, Inspecting parts for defects or dimensional discrepancies,
*Reporting unusual conditions,
*Operating drill presses, punch presses, riveting machines and other assembly equipment, Operating wash tanks as needed,
*Documenting work/test results/counts,
*Packaging parts and restocking inventory as needed
