Enterprise Cybersecurity Cyber Logistics and Operations Analyst

The Opportunity:

As a member of the Enterprise Cybersecurity (ECS) Cyber Logistics and Operations (CLO) team, you will use your skills to support ECS and executebusinessoperational processes while developing fundamental project management skills. This role requires keen attention to detail and the ability tooperateautonomously to execute Standard Operating Procedures andidentifyand escalate challenges in a fast-paced cybersecurity environment.

This role requires dailysupport and execution of core operational functions for hiring, purchasing, communication activities,management ofscrum boardstoaction priorities, preparing or editingdeliverables for distribution to both team and executive level, meeting facilitation,andfacility space management.

You Have:

• Experienceexecuting documented processes anddelivery requirements

• Experiencesuccessfully completing deliverables and processes to requirements byestablisheddue dates

• Experienceleading cross-teamcollaborations anddevelopingmeeting materialsand presentationsin accordance withapproved templates and style guides

• Experience using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Planner

• Ability todevelop,follow, andmaintainstandard operating procedures

• Ability to collate and track data from multiple data sources effectively

• Ability to use organizationaland communication skillsto work both independently and collaborativelywith both technical and non-technical teams and to effectivelyinterfacewithall levels of management

• Abilityto apply strict attention to detail to manage competing priorities, proactively identifyrisks early, andraise concerns toleadership

• Ability to provide general office manager duties as needed

• Bachelor's degree
