This is a back-end technical role that operates within a warehouse and operational environment, supporting a broader IT team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable handling IT equipment throughout its lifecycle, from receiving and staging to deployment and inventory reconciliation.

Required Qualifications * Experience using Excel, SmartSheet, ServiceNow, or similar systems for data entry, asset tracking, and inventory management. * Experience working in a warehouse, logistics, deployment, inventory, or operational support environment. * Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately manage hardware inventory and documentation. * Ability to follow established processes, deployment procedures, and technical documentation. * Basic understanding of IT hardware, asset management, and device lifecycle management. * Ability to lift, move, and organize IT equipment safely. * Strong organizational and time management skills. Preferred Qualifications * Experience supporting hardware deployment or refresh projects. * Familiarity with asset management and ticketing systems. * Experience handling laptops, desktops, monitors, printers, peripherals, and related IT equipment. * Basic troubleshooting experience with Windows-based hardware and peripherals.
