*Description*
We are seeking a senior, Project Manager / Scrum Master to support a purely Agile EPMO operating within a highly complex and fast-moving technology organization. 1. 7+ years of project management- - Identify, track, and communicate critical paths, blockers, and impacts to delivery timelines. -Build and maintain Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), milestones, and dependency mappings. 2. Waterfall Experience- Provide Waterfall-style Gantt charting where Agile alone is insufficient, but Experience operating in Agile environments that still require Waterfall discipline 3. Experience with Jira and Confluence- Support and in the beginning manage JIRA tickets, spanning both routine and ad hoc maintenance. Guide teams on effective JIRA hygiene, ticket structuring, and prioritization. 4. Experience in Cybersecurity organizations. You will be working with technical teams, so understanding the acumen and details will be very beneficial. 5. Financial Services Background is preferred- need a regulatory industry Background at least Soft Skills- Need to be a driver.
