About the role

The Associate Customer Operations Representativeis responsible forreviewing and processing financial and non-financial activities for our active annuity products, including, but not limitedto:withdrawals, transfers, beneficiary changes, account maintenance. Must be able tomaintain a high levelof accuracy to ensurea positivecustomer experience.

What youwill do



  • Direct contact with customersand/oragents to resolve open issues.


  • Process financial and non-financial activities into administrative systems and preparing or keying checks and wires.


  • Maintaining team and special partner Service Level Agreements


  • Working withteamto help strengthen others and collaborate acrossorganizationto understand how weimpacteach other and be flexible to help other teams to meet business needs.


  • Proactively finding ways to gainefficienciesand reduce errors on a personal/team level to better our customer experience.


  • Occasional escalation and correction handling asneededwhich may result in direct contact with customersand/oragents to resolve open issues.

Compensation

Hourly Range:$22.00- $30.87 plus eligibility forCompany Annual Bonus

  • An effective communicator with strong written and verbal skills and a customer-focused approach


  • Organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities


  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience, college degree a plus.


  • 1-4 years of cumulative, relevant experience
