The Position We are seeking an experienced Claims Management & Coverage Counsel to join our growing national team. This attorney will play a key role in providing sophisticated claims management, insurance coverage analysis, and strategic risk assessment across a broad range of specialty and professional liability lines. In this role, you will independently manage complex claims and coverage matters from inception through resolution, partnering closely with clients, carriers, and outside counsel to develop effective litigation, settlement, and risk mitigation strategies. This position offers the opportunity to work on high-exposure, challenging matters while collaborating with a nationally recognized team of insurance professionals. This is a remote or hybrid position that may be based in any state where Wilson Elser has an office. Key Responsibilities
