***This is an onsite role in our Orlando, FL. office***

About You:

The Client Services Lead provides day-to-day support as a Client Services Coordinator to Brokers and provides exceptional coaching and functional direction to a group of Client Services Coordinators. The role ensures the smooth running of teams from a functional perspective, provide feedback to team members, and act as a liaison between Brokers and the operational leadership team. The Client Services Lead also plays a key role in helping to manage workloads and re-balancing resources in efforts to optimize organizational performance and to maintain exceptional levels of administrative service.

In this role, you will...

  • Balance multiple activities and projects at a time for multiple members of the team and track action items.

  • Database management with multiple target populations

  • Draft or edit legal documents as applicable to transactions.

  • Participate in management and coordination of transaction and due diligence processes, entering deal sheets, submitting completed trade record, and supporting paperwork.

  • Assist with marketing campaigns, including scheduling campaigns, maintenance of mailing lists and running campaign reports.

  • Assist when required to initiate and manage overall marketing campaign/plan as it relates to Brokers' listings.

  • Maintain records of correspondence, complete marketing update reports and client activity reports.

  • Maintain property listings on various websites; update Brokers' recent transactions on applicable websites.

  • Create marketing flyers and update as needed.

  • Monitor competitor research and data collection and liaise with appropriate departments to obtain data, such as company and title searches and property particulars (e.g. financial, marketing, research).

  • Prepare surveys (lease and sales comparable, availabilities).

  • Coordinate market reports and conduct basic comparative analysis.

  • Develop pitches and presentations for a varied range of clients and brokers.

  • Liaise with clients to coordinate information, organize meetings and obtain required documentation.

  • Liaise with Broker(s) and Sales Assistant(s) regarding listing inquiries; set-up and facilitate tours.

  • Interface with clients and prospective clients on listings and potential business opportunities.

  • Travel as needed between regional office locations to support business activities as assigned.

  • Train new hire Client Services Coordinators on all relevant platforms and provide ongoing training and support.

  • Provide ongoing trainings and support for all Client Services Coordinators within the regions

What you bring

  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience in a similar position.

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.

  • Holds a commercial real estate license.

  • Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite 4: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat. Adobe

  • Flash and/or Microsoft Silverlight expertise is a plus.

  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Exceptional customer service, organizational and prioritization skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure, deal with multiple deadlines, effectively handles stressful situations, and work

  • with minimal direction/supervision.

  • Excellent communication (follow-through and follow-up) skills, and ability to meet commitments and

  • deadlines.

  • Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations.

  • High degree of professionalism and passion for success.

  • Self-starter and team player with a strong attention to detail.
