Technician - Slots

Responsibilities:

• Evaluates machines which fail to hold approved percentages for evidence of cheating or mechanical malfunctions.
• Coordinate with other slot technicians on shift to ensure maximum performance of all technicians.
• Moves and sets on bases upright slot machines with assistance from another technician.
• Consistently demonstrates superior customer service skills by displaying outlined service behaviors.
• Maintains an upbeat and positive attitude, creates positive energy with gestures and sustains enthusiasm from one interaction to the next.
• Creates an atmosphere of luck and celebrates guests' wins.
• Is ready to serve and is informed of daily information; builds relationships by greeting guests with a warm, friendly verbal greeting.
• Anticipates needs and provides fast, flawless service.
• Checks for satisfaction and effectively resolves service breakdowns when they exist.
• Promotes Rewards programs and card membership.
• Provides a warm farewell and thanks guests for visiting.
• Other duties as assigned.

Work Environment:

• Diverse, fast-paced, deadline driven, multi-project coordination, prioritizing and flexing to accommodate last minute requests and changes.

Target Salary Range:

• $24.00 Hourly

NJ Casino EE Registration (required)
Formal training in the repair of electro-mechanical and electronic slot machines preferred.
