About the role:

At TD SYNNEX, we're transforming how finance partners with the business-and we're looking for a Financial Analyst (FP&A) to help drive that impact. In this role, you'll go beyond traditional reporting to deliver actionable insights that influence decision-making across the organization.

This is an exciting opportunity for an early-career finance professional to build strong FP&A fundamentals, gain exposure to enterprise-wide initiatives, and develop toward a senior-level role. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, take ownership of key processes, and contribute directly to how the business plans, evaluates, and grows.

What you'll do:

Financial Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to support business unit performance

  • Utilize and maintain dashboards and reporting models that provide clear, actionable insights

  • Evaluate financial outcomes and recommend improvements to drive efficiency and growth

Business Partnership & Collaboration

  • Partner with finance and cross-functional teams to support operational and strategic initiatives

  • Translate complex financial data into clear, concise insights for non-finance stakeholders

  • Respond to ad hoc requests and evolving business needs with agility and accuracy

Planning & Process Ownership

  • Support key FP&A cycles, including forecasting, planning, and performance tracking

  • Contribute to improvements in financial processes, including reporting and month-end close activities

  • Take ownership of assigned workflows and continuously identify opportunities for optimization

Audit & Compliance

  • Assist with internal and external audit requests, ensuring timely and accurate deliverables

What we're looking for:

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field

  • 1-2 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related role

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial modeling is a plus

  • Proficiency in performing basic mathematical calculations.

  • Clear communication skills with the ability to present financial information effectively

Preferred Skills & Attributes

  • Understanding of corporate finance or FP&A concepts

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-moving environment

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across teams

  • Self-starter mindset with a willingness to learn, adapt, and take ownership

  • Familiarity with presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint) is beneficial

Working Conditions:

  • Must be able work a hybrid model 3 days in office, 2 days remotely; subject to change in accordance to business needs.
