CHA Consulting, Inc. is currently seeking a Project Team Leader to join our Water Team in Orlando, FL, supporting municipal and utility clients across the region. In this role, you'll lead multidisciplinary teams, guide the successful delivery of water, wastewater, and stormwater initiatives, and help drive innovative, sustainable infrastructure solutions that improve system resilience, enhance environmental stewardship, and make a lasting impact where it matters most. What You'll Do:
Lead and inspire a team of water/wastewater professionals, keeping a pulse on team morale and engagement and fostering engagement, collaboration, and technical excellence
