Overview Nakupuna Consulting is looking to hire a Program Analyst to support a DoW client within the Department of the Navy (DON) in executing day-to-day administrative, analytical, and professional support requirements. The Program Analyst will support the client in business operations, strategic event planning and execution, scheduling and coordination, records management, and senior leadership engagement. The role requires an organized critical thinker with excellent communication and collaboration skills. Maintain daily liaison with Flag and SES level managers and receive and process incoming correspondence, reports, and instructions.
Qualifications Skills/Qualifications: The ideal candidate is familiar and has experience with the following technical knowledge, skills, and abilities:
Education and Experience: This position requires 3 years of relevant experience. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and DoW/DON tasker systems (e.g., ETMS2). Experience working in an Echelon 1 organization and working with SES/FO/GO is highly recommended. This position requires a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or equivalent with a combination of education and experience. Clearance: Active Secret. Must be a U.S. citizen. The Nakupuna Companies use a market-based compensation strategy to ensure that our employees are compensated within applicable market ranges commensurate with multiple factors, including but not limited to the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements, and position location. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,000 to $90,000 (annualized USD). The salary range displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Nakupuna Companies' total compensation package for employees. | |||||||
