Description

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:



  • Order processing, Returns, inventory control
  • Order Desk responsibility: Purchase Orders, Credit and Rebills, Software Licensing
  • Create, Manage of software licensing to our customers and employees. Customer profile management.
  • Software Media Maintenance - Management of Software Master CD's to make sure they correctly organized and required info is on each disk. Also backing UP CD's.
  • Quality Control - Responsible for evaluating the quality of the orders are correct, have all required materials and good presentation
  • Inventory control - Will be involved in software inventory activities


NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:



  • Alternate Back up Phone Reception (when needed)
  • Answer incoming calls and filter accordingly forward to correct personnel when Reception is not present.


KNOWLEDGE:



  • Order Processing (Review of Purchase Orders, order processing, credit and rebills, returns, receiving) Inventory control a plus, Windows XP knowledge.


SKILLS:
Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Order Processing experience and record management.
