Job Posting Title Supplier Risk Management and Compliance LeadJob Description Summary Dauch is searching for a Supplier Risk Management and Compliance Lead to join our team. This position will be based out of our World Headquarters, based in Detroit, MI.The Supplier Risk Management and Compliance Lead is responsible for proactively identifying, assessing, and mitigating supplier-related risks that could impact production and customer delivery. This role serves as a central coordination point between Procurement, Supplier Quality Engineering (SQE) Supply Chain Management (SCM), Finance and Operations, ensuring continuity of supply across all customer programs. The position leads risk governance processes, supplier risk monitoring, and escalation management, while providing executive-level visibility through weekly risk summaries and reporting. The lead also ensures compliance with internal policies, customer requirements, and regulatory frameworks, including monitoring supplier financial, operational, geopolitical, and capacity risks. This role is critical to maintaining production stability, customer performance, and risk transparency across the Tier 1 supply base. Job Description:
