The
Lead Lot Operations Specialist/HR Administrator serves as a key operational and administrative resource responsible for supporting daily operations, new hire onboarding, and human resources administration. This role provides day-to-day leadership and training and serves as a primary point of contact for new employees onboarding and orientation. Additionally, the position supports HR functions including recruiting and hiring administration, safety reporting, training coordination, compliance activities, and events coordination. Through collaboration with Operations leadership, Human Resources, and cross-functional partners, this role helps drive operational efficiency, ensure regulatory compliance, create positive employee experiences, and maintain a safe, engaged, and productive workforce.

Ideal Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate is a highly organized and people-focused operational leader who can successfully balance employee onboarding, HR administration, and frontline lot operations responsibilities. This individual demonstrates strong leadership, exceptional customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to build trust with employees while ensuring operational excellence, safety compliance, and positive employee experience. USD 22.02 - 33.08 per hour Compensation: Hourly pay rate is in the range of $22.02 - $33.08/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program. Benefits: Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.
