Job Posting Description
  • Work requires strong communication skills in order to effectively manage conflicting views or issues and mediate fair solutions, and well-developed writing skills

Minimum Qualifications
Education:
  • A Master's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology
Experience:
  • 5 years' progressively responsible and specialized clinical experience, including responsibility for specialized pediatric speech programs within a clinical service
  • Strong SLP with fewer years of experience or strong clinical fellow candidates will also be considered
  • Work requires the analytical skills to collect information from diverse sources, apply professional principles in performing various analyses, and summarize the information and data in order to solve problems OR design relatively complex systems and programs

Licensure/Certifications:
  • A current Massachusetts state license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (ASHA)

The posted pay range is Boston Children's reasonable and good-faith expectation for this pay at the time of posting.

Any base pay offer provided depends on skills, experience, education, certifications, and a variety of other job-related factors.
