As a Self-Serve Demo Drive Advisor, you'll blend exceptional customer service with
remote vehicle operations to ensure a seamless and engaging experience for potential buyers. What You'll Do
  • Deliver top-tier support via phone, SMS, and email to guide customers through test drives and address questions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve challenges, refine processes, and elevate customer satisfaction
  • Remotely monitor test drive vehicles to ensure punctuality, safety, and adherence to Tesla's standards
  • Proactively engage customers to promote vehicle charging, Full Self-Driving features, and a holistic ownership experience
  • Document all customer interactions and escalate urgent concerns to leadership when necessary
  • Perform additional duties to support the evolving needs of the program

What You'll Bring
  • Experience in sales or customer-facing roles
  • Ability to speak persuasively and confidently and able to present technical information in a way that is clear and accessible to a wide range of audiences
  • Positive and energetic with professional and excellent customer service skills with excellent listening, reading, and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and handling shifting priorities while meeting deadlines
  • Ability to work evening hours, weekends, and holidays in an office environment
  • Proficient with standard corporate productivity tools (Microsoft Outlook and Office, internet navigation)
  • Valid US Driver's License and/or State ID must be obtained before hire date and ability to obtain DMV Salesperson's License required. (Tesla will provide guidance and monetary assistance inobtaining licenses. Licensing process must be initiated by the third week of employment. Failure to obtain a license by the second month of employment will result in termination
