Position Summary
As an Associate Product Manager you will support the execution of marketing, sales enablement, and product strategy for an assigned product category. This role is highly collaborative and executionfocused, and you will serve as a key connector between product management, sales teams, clinicians, and crossfunctional partners. This role is designed to develop future product and marketing leaders through handson execution, field exposure, and close partnership with senior product management. Success in this role is driven by strong organizational skills, clear communication, analytical rigor, and a willingness to spend time in the field learning directly from clinicians and sales representatives. As an Associate Product Manager you play an integral role in coordinating events and education, maintaining and evolving sales tools, supporting financial planning through reporting and analysis, and translating customer insights into actionable inputs for product and marketing strategies. You will achieve success in this role through effective implementation in the following areas:
This is a hybrid role with the requirement of working onsite at our Mentor, OH Corporate HQ, 3 days per week. Associate Product Manager

#LI-MM1 Pay range for this opportunity is $70,250.00 - $93,750.00.This position is eligible for bonus participation. Minimum pay rates offered will comply with county/city minimums, if higher than range listed.
