What to Expect The Tesla Energy Training team creates, manages, and facilitates a wide variety of educational materials that support key stakeholders across multiple product lines and business functions, including Energy Storage, Charging, and Solar. The team is looking for an experienced Technical Training Instructor who will conceptualize and deliver engaging educational content designed to enhance the training experience of multiple teams across the Energy organization by analyzing training needs and designing solutions aligned with learning objectives. This individual will facilitate instructional content that supports key performance indicators and will manage the classroom in a manner that enables a productive learning environment. Strong creativity, out-of-the-box thinking, and problem-solving skills are required for success in this role. This role is full-time onsite inHenderson, NV, with ~25% travel/offsite activities.
