PCB Manufacturing Machine Operator - DESB Process

Temp Position | $20.00-$22.00/hour Based on Experience | Multiple Shifts Available
Are you an experienced manufacturing professional looking to build your skills in the electronics industry? Join our team as a PCB Manufacturing Machine Operator and play a key role in producing high-quality printed circuit boards used in advanced electronic applications. This is a great opportunity for candidates with PCB, electronics manufacturing, or machine operation experience.
Available Shifts:


  • 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
  • 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (14% shift differential)
  • 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM (25% shift differential)
  • 4th Shift Weekend: Weekend schedule (14% shift differential)


Overtime may be required, including alternate shifts and weekends.
PCB Manufacturing Machine Operator Responsibilities:


  • Operate PCB manufacturing processes, including Develop, Etch, Strip, and Bond (DESB).
  • Follow customer documentation, short sheets, standard operating procedures, and company safety requirements.
  • Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards and specifications are met.
  • Maintain knowledge of DESB equipment, chemicals, and required safety precautions.
  • Safely operate manufacturing equipment while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Complete production tasks with limited supervision while supporting team goals.
  • Cross-train in additional manufacturing areas as needed.


PCB Manufacturing Machine Operator Qualifications:


  • High school diploma/GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Manufacturing, machine operation, or electronics production experience preferred.
  • 2+ years of PCB manufacturing experience a plus.
  • Prior DES experience preferred.
  • Ability to read and follow technical documents, customer instructions, and work procedures.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and safely lift up to 50 lbs.

Additional Information:

Safety shoes are required. Employees may receive reimbursement up to $40 with a receipt submitted to HR.
