PCB Manufacturing Machine Operator - DESB Process Temp Position \| $20.00-$22.00/hour Based on Experience \| Multiple Shifts Available Are you an experienced manufacturing professional looking to build your skills in the electronics industry? Join our team as a PCB Manufacturing Machine Operator and play a key role in producing high-quality printed circuit boards used in advanced electronic applications. This is a great opportunity for candidates with PCB, electronics manufacturing, or machine operation experience. Available Shifts: 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (14% shift differential) 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM (25% shift differential) 4th Shift Weekend: Weekend schedule (14% shift differential) Overtime may be required, including alternate shifts and weekends. PCB Manufacturing Machine Operator Responsibilities: Operate PCB manufacturing processes, including Develop, Etch, Strip, and Bond (DESB). Follow customer documentation, short sheets, standard operating procedures, and company safety requirements. Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards and specifications are met. Maintain knowledge of DESB equipment, chemicals, and required safety precautions. Safely operate manufacturing equipment while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Complete production tasks with limited supervision while supporting team goals. Cross-train in additional manufacturing areas as needed. PCB Manufacturing Machine Operator Qualifications: High school diploma/GED or equivalent combination of education and experience. Manufacturing, machine operation, or electronics production experience preferred. 2+ years of PCB manufacturing experience a plus. Prior DES experience preferred. Ability to read and follow technical documents, customer instructions, and work procedures. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to stand for extended periods and safely lift up to 50 lbs.
