Role Summary

As a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst, you'll play a critical role in delivering reliable, high-quality technology solutions that support our business and customers. You'll lead testing efforts for complex initiatives, collaborate across teams to identify and reduce risk, and help improve testing practices through automation and continuous improvement. This role offers the opportunity to influence enterprise technology initiatives while growing your technical and leadership skills.

Key Accountabilities

  • Lead testing strategy, planning, and execution for complex technology initiatives to ensure high-quality software delivery.

  • Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and testing scenarios based on business requirements and user stories.

  • Manage defect lifecycles by identifying, tracking, prioritizing, and partnering with teams to resolve issues before production.

  • Drive test automation efforts by identifying automation opportunities and supporting automated test script development and maintenance.

  • Partner with project teams, business stakeholders, and technology partners to coordinate testing activities, environments, and test data readiness.

  • Validate system integrations, third-party interfaces, and end-to-end business processes to ensure operational readiness and data integrity.

  • Communicate testing progress, quality metrics, risks, and results through standardized reporting and dashboards.

  • Champion continuous improvement by enhancing testing processes, supporting quality standards, and promoting best practices across the organization.

Education & Experience

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, including test planning, execution, and coordination of testing activities.

  • 5+ years of experience applying software testing methodologies across complex technology initiatives.

  • 3+ years of experience working with automated testing frameworks and maintaining automated test scripts.

  • 3+ years of experience using programming or scripting languages such as C#, Java, or comparable .NET technologies, including Selenium.

  • 3+ years of experience managing multiple testing priorities while delivering high-quality results on schedule.

Preferred

  • 3+ years of experience using Jira, Xray, Confluence, Visual Studio, or similar testing and development tools.

  • 3+ years of experience working within an enterprise Quality Assurance practice or Testing Center of Excellence.

  • 3+ years of experience collaborating with geographically dispersed or offshore testing teams.

  • 2+ years of experience with performance or load testing tools such as BlazeMeter or similar platforms.

  • 2+ years of experience testing technology solutions within financial services or another highly regulated industry.
