Clerk II - Guest Services Concierge

As part of the Office of Patient Experience, the Guest Services Concierge team helps create a welcoming, supportive environment for patients, families, and guests at University of Iowa Health Care. This Concierge position will provide weekday support between the hours of 8 am and 5 pm, with scheduling to be determined upon hiring. This person will contribute to services that make visits more comfortable and positive for patients, families, and guests. Provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance by answering questions online, in person, and over the phone about hospital wayfinding, lodging, services and amenities, and community resources. May assist with Rossi Lodging Program Office as needed.

Hours to be scheduled between 8a.m. to 5p.m. Monday - Friday.

Rate of Pay: $18/hr
