Job Description:

The Contract Management Senior Associate will support the day-to-day operations of the contract management function within a business unit. This role is designed for a skilled professional with experience in contract management processes, who will collaborate closely with both the Quality & Risk Management team, partners, and business leadership to ensure efficient contract lifecycle management. This position requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively across teams.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing the contract lifecycle, ensuring accurate documentation, timely execution, and compliance with firm policies and regulations.

  • Help identify and implement improvements to contract management processes, working with business leadership to streamline workflows and reduce inefficiencies.

  • Support the administration of contract management systems (e.g., iCertis) to ensure data integrity and assist in reporting.

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, including the legal department, risk management, and business unit leaders, to ensure alignment in contract documentation and engagement processes.

  • Assist in the delivery of training to BU personnel on contract management workflows and technology tools.

  • Support the prioritization and management of contract intake, particularly for new service lines and client segments.

  • Assist in the preparation of contract-related reports, ensuring the accuracy of data capture, and maintain up-to-date contract documentation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in business, law, or a related field.

  • 3-5 years of experience in contract management, legal support, or operations within a consulting or professional services environment.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and contract management systems.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing projects or workflows related to contract management.

  • Ability to assist in identifying areas for process improvement and provide creative solutions.

  • Understanding of professional services business practices and priorities.
