Coworkers in Electric Transmission & Distribution actively engage in the Lean Methodology through the use of visual management in operating reviews to cross-functionally identify and solve problems and create standard work. Position Summary Functions as a liaison toElectric Operation from the line of business, representing the end users and business process owners in Quality Management System (QMS) requirements, implementations and support. Lead and support Corrective Action, Cause Evaluation, Quality Review (internal audit) programs. Lead and facilitate quality programs on-time and excellent quality results. Lead and facilitate process improvements utilizing quality engineering tools and PGE Lean systems. This position is hybrid, working from your remote office and your assigned work location based on business need. PG&E is providing the salary range that the company in good faith believes it might pay for this position at the time of thejob posting. This compensation range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual salary paid to an individual will bebased on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience,market value, geographic location, and internal equity.Although we estimatethe successful candidate hiredinto this rolewill be placed towards the middle or entry point of the range, the decisionwill be made on a case-by-casebasis related tothese factors.
