Environmental consulting firm seeking a Senior Stormwater & Environmental Compliance Program Manager with 15+ years of experience delivering complex stormwater, NPDES, and water quality compliance services. This role leads client programs, manages multidisciplinary project teams, and supports business development through exceptional technical execution and client relationships. The pay range for this California position is $170,000- $200,000 per year; however, base pay offered may be higher or lower depending on the job-related knowledge, skills, and experience of the candidate. Restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered.
