Description & Requirements The Project Manager II will support the planning, coordination, and execution of NeuroGAP/Stanley Global research and implementation activities within the NeuroGAP (Neuropsychiatric Genetics of African Populations) Program and Koenen Lab. Working closely with scientific teams, country leads, and program staff, the role ensures that projects are scientifically rigorous, operationally feasible, and aligned with program priorities and country needs. The position plays a central role in managing research workflows, coordinating participant recruitment and sample tracking, and driving standardization and efficiency across research sites and partners. The role requires international travel of at least 25% per year. The expected base pay range for this position as listed above is based on a 40 hour per week schedule. Broad provides pay ranges representing its reasonable and good faith estimate of what the organization reasonably expects to pay for a position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will vary based on factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, education, qualifications, and other factors permissible by law.
