Our sites in Bloomington and Chaska, MN are seeking a Director, Materials Management to join our team. This role is accountable for end-to-end materials strategy, planning, and execution across two of the organization's most critical manufacturing sites, which collectively serve as primary supply hubs for customers as well as downstream internal manufacturing operations. This leader operates at the a site operations andcross functional level, ensuring continuity of supply not only to external customers but also to internal manufacturing networks that depend on these sites as upstream providers. The role requires balancing competing priorities across direct customer supply and other internal manufacturing sites, synchronizing production and inventory strategies, and driving resilience across the extended supply chain.
