Job Summary:

M1 is looking for an Aircraft Mechanic I - Jet Engine Intermediate Maintenance who performs all aspects
of F100-PW-220, F100-PW-229 Jet Engine Intermediate Maintenance and Module repair. May be
required to perform F100-PW-119 Limited Intermediate Maintenance and F15 Secondary Power
systems repairs as required.
Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
* Assists with troubleshooting.
* Maintains, services, and inspects aircraft engines, systems, components, engine trailers and related
support equipment.
* Reads and interprets manufacturers and engine maintenance manuals, service bulletins, technical
data, engineering data, and other specifications to determine feasibility and method of repairing or
replacing malfunctioning or damaged components.
* Performs periodic and other hourly or calendar inspections as required.
* Must have working knowledge of engine support equipment such as test equipment, torque
wrenches, dial indicators and micrometers.
* Receives technical guidance from managers, supervisors, leads or higher-level technicians as
required.
* May be required to obtain and maintain special certifications required by AFI as directed by
management.
* Reviews and completes forms documentation pertinent to aircraft or equipment maintenance,
enters maintenance actions into applicable MIS system and will make entries in forms, logs,
records, or electronic equivalent as required.
* Complete all assignments and tasks directed by managers, supervisors, leads, and more senior
technicians.
* Performs housekeeping duties within 100 feet of assigned work areas (excluding bathrooms).
* Performs vehicle use inspections, cleaning, and wash.
* Performs any other supportive duties as assigned.
* May be required to work in other work sections throughout the contract.
Qualifications and Experience:
* High school diploma or GED is required. Mathematics skills are desirable
* Minimum of 4 years performing Jet Engine Maintenance on F100-PW-220 or F100-PW-229
engines.
* Working knowledge of MIS systems, forms documentation and strict adherence to
