Temporary Position | $29 - $33 per Hour

We are seeking a detail-oriented Warranty Operations Analyst I to assist with reviewing dealer submissions, analyzing warranty data, and supporting operational reporting.
The Warranty Operations Analyst I supports the Warranty Operations team by managing dealer parts and labor rate submissions, reviewing documentation, maintaining records, and providing analytical support to ensure accurate and efficient warranty program administration.

Responsibilities:

  • Review dealer parts and labor submissions for compliance with warranty policies and state requirements.
  • Manage dealer submission folders, documentation, and supporting records.
  • Communicate with dealers to request missing or incomplete information.
  • Prepare state and district comparison reports for review.
  • Create weekly reporting summaries of current and upcoming warranty submissions.
  • Lead weekly review meetings to discuss submission status and updates.
  • Perform data analysis using dealer management system extracts and parts master queries.
  • Maintain warranty parts and labor tracking spreadsheets and submission records.
  • Assist with warranty dispute management and resolution processes.
  • Support ad hoc reporting requests and operational projects.


Qualifications:

  • Automotive industry knowledge preferred.
  • Experience reviewing dealer repair orders or warranty-related documentation is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail with data analysis and reporting skills.
  • Ability to organize multiple priorities and communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
