Description and Requirements

About the Position

In this role you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of Commercial Accessories. Leading cross-functional teams you will collaborate across our WW Business Unit to achieve time, cost, product feature and innovation objectives.

This position has a hybrid schedule based out of Morrisville, NC with 3 onsite and 2 remote days per week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end product management execution from concept phase to plan, development, worldwide product launch, sustaining and product end-of-life.
  • Represent NA Accessories Geo in collaboration with WW Business Unit to achieve time, cost, product feature and innovation objectives.
  • Create product disclosure and competitive analysis report to support successful product launches.
  • Support GTM and Demand Generation planning and activities.
  • Identify key business and industry trends in the PC Options and Attach space.
  • Provide timely product communications to cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Worldwide Product Marketing.
  • Scan competitive landscape; analyze market data to support category financial objectives.
  • Stay up to date with relevant technology trends and product roadmaps.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 10+ years of Experience as a Product Manager working with commercial electronics and accessories.
  • 5+ years of Product Management Experience within the PC industry.
  • Proven track record of successful launch of Enterprise products.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 8+ years of Product Management Experience within the PC industry.
  • 8+ years of Experience working in a global matrixed environment.
  • 12+ years of Experience as a Product Manager working with commercial electronics and accessories.
  • Demonstrated cross-collaboration experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with peers, senior management and functional working groups.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Superior communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation-oriented approach.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills: data-driven approach desired.
  • Strong command of project management software: MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, Confluence.
  • Cultural Competency working across Chinese, American, Desi, European, and South American cultural contexts, ensuring messages are communicated with clarity and tact.
  • PMP, Scrum certifications a plus.
