Job Summary

The Connected TVMarketing manager is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across Connected TV (CTV) and Over-the-Top (OTT) platforms to drive customer acquisition and engagement for digital streaming services. This role partners with internal and external stakeholders to develop media strategies, manage campaign budgets, analyze performance data, and identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in digital media marketing, streaming services, and performance-driven campaign management within a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Job Responsibilities



  • Plan, develop, and oversee paid marketing campaigns across Connected TV (CTV) and Over-the-Top (OTT) platforms from strategy through execution and post-campaign analysis.
  • Develop media plans and execute campaigns designed to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and subscription growth.
  • Manage campaign budgets and optimize media investments to achieve performance objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to negotiate and execute media campaigns.
  • Analyze campaign data and performance metrics to provide actionable insights and recommendations for future initiatives.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including media strategy, analytics, program marketing, and organic marketing teams, to align campaign objectives and optimize performance.
  • Identify new marketing tactics and opportunities to improve engagement and customer acquisition.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), campaign efficiency, and consumer metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop creative briefs and collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies and campaign goals.
  • Prepare and present campaign progress reports, performance analyses, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Serve as an internal subject matter expert on assigned CTV and OTT partnerships and media initiatives.
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital and streaming media marketing.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.


Job Requirements



  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in streaming, digital marketing, or media marketing with responsibility for planning, developing, deploying, and analyzing campaigns.
  • Experience working with Connected TV (CTV) platforms, including smart television operating systems and streaming device ecosystems, required.
  • Experience working with Over-the-Top (OTT) platforms and media partnerships required.
  • Strong digital media marketing background required.
  • Proven experience planning and leading media campaigns and presenting campaign performance and results.
  • Experience managing campaign budgets and optimizing media investments.
  • Strong understanding of media key performance indicators (KPIs) and consumer lifecycle metrics.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze campaign data and provide strategic recommendations based on performance insights.
  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing campaign setup, execution, and optimization.
  • Experience using data and metrics to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Proficiency with analytics and reporting tools, including Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication, presentation, consulting, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
  • Experience in digital subscription services, digital retail, e-commerce, or media agency environments preferred.
  • Additional language proficiency preferred.
  • Strong interest in entertainment, streaming, and digital media preferred.


Education



  • Bachelor's degree required.
