Job Summary

The Talent Acquisition Business Partner - Level 2 is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle and partnering with business leaders to attract, engage, and hire top talent. This role develops and executes sourcing strategies, advises hiring managers throughout the selection process, and leverages market intelligence and recruiting technologies to support workforce planning and business objectives. The Talent Acquisition Business Partner delivers an exceptional candidate experience while managing high-volume recruiting activities in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities



  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned requisitions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer management.
  • Recruit for a variety of positions, including administrative, technical, professional, management, and leadership roles.
  • Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to identify, attract, and engage qualified candidates.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Assess candidates for technical qualifications, competencies, and organizational fit.
  • Manage candidate relationships and proactively engage candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Advise hiring managers on effective interviewing techniques and talent selection strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a streamlined and positive candidate experience.
  • Utilize data, market intelligence, and recruiting metrics to inform staffing strategies and business decisions.
  • Maintain compliance with employment laws, recruiting policies, and talent acquisition procedures.
  • Leverage applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies to support talent acquisition activities.
  • Participate in recruiting events, sourcing initiatives, and employer branding activities as needed.
  • Build trusted relationships with business leaders and stakeholders to influence hiring outcomes and workforce planning strategies.
  • Share recruiting best practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the talent acquisition function.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.


Job Requirements



  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in recruiting and/or sourcing required.
  • Demonstrated full lifecycle recruiting experience, including sourcing, candidate identification, interviewing, and offer management.
  • Experience managing high-volume recruitment activities and multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Strong customer service, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience developing and implementing research and sourcing strategies for critical positions.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and build collaborative relationships across all organizational levels.
  • Experience with Workday Recruiting, Eightfold, or similar applicant tracking systems preferred.
  • Experience scheduling interviews and coordinating recruiting activities for large organizations preferred.
  • Experience utilizing recruiting metrics, market intelligence, and data-driven decision-making preferred.
  • Experience within the aerospace, defense, engineering, manufacturing, or similar industries preferred.
  • Experience utilizing social media and digital recruiting strategies preferred.
  • Ability to travel domestically on an occasional basis.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret security clearance.


Education



  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of professional recruiting and/or sourcing experience required; or
  • Master's degree with a minimum of 1 year of professional recruiting and/or sourcing experience required.
  • An additional 4 years of relevant professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
