About The Institute for Data Engineering and Science (IDEaS) at the Georgia Institute of Technology The Institute for Data Engineering and Science (IDEaS) provides a unified point to connect government, industry, and academia to advance foundational research, and accelerate the adoption of Big Data technology. IDEaS leverages expertise and resources from throughout Georgia Tech's colleges, research labs, and external partners, to define and pursue grand challenges in data science foundations and in data driven discovery, with energy infrastructure as one of those grand challenges. We are also dedicated to educating students and those already in the workforce through innovative educational and training programs. About The Institute for Neuroscience, Neurotechnology, and Society (INNS) at the Georgia Institute of Technology The Institute for Neuroscience, Neurotechnology, and Society (INNS) is one of Georgia Tech's Interdisciplinary Research Institutes, which foster interdisciplinary research and community building at Georgia Tech. The mission of INNS is organized into four pillars: catalyzing innovative and collaborative research; creating leaders; fueling impact through knowledge transfer; and empowering society through community engagement. INNS serves as a key hub for Georgia Tech research related to the brain, including serving as the front door for external partnerships, convening and resourcing faculty-driven research initiatives, and supporting the advancement of interdisciplinary training programs. Job Summary
The Research Engagement Professional cultivates strategic external research partnerships with industry, foundations, and government entities. This role supports multidisciplinary priorities across Georgia Tech research units, including robotics, space, manufacturing, and materials. The incumbent collaborates with faculty and leadership to identify strengths, align partnerships, and steward long-term collaborations. Responsibilities

Proposed Salary
Depending on experience, this position will pay between $95,000-$105,000. Job Grade: R7 USG Core Values
