Join Atlas Air Worldwide. Move the World with Us! At Atlas Air Worldwide, we're not just an airline, we're a global engine powering cargo, passenger, and leasing operations across more than 70 countries. As a leader in outsourced aviation logistics, we're built on a foundation of safety, service excellence, integrity, innovation, teamwork, and responsibility. With over 30 years of history, a modern all-Boeing fleet, and nearly 5,000 teammates collaborating across operations, technical, and corporate functions, we're driven by purpose. If you're ready to grow, innovate, and help us deliver excellence every single day, you belong here. Enterprise Platform Leaders are influential leaders who help guide the technical and operational direction of Atlas enterprise platforms, supporting platform stability, resilience, and longterm sustainability. They act as trusted advisors and decisionmakers, helping resolve the most complex and highrisk challenges while enabling delivery teams to perform at scale. Partnering closely with Business Owners, Product Owners, and Architects, they contribute to planning, backlog grooming, and delivery strategy, ensuring outcomes are executed with quality from design through testing and golive. They promote architectural alignment by reinforcing enterprise patterns and best practices, identifying gaps, and collaborating on the creation and adoption of new standards when required. Enterprise Platform Leaders support platformwide operational health, leading escalations, managing outages, and driving root cause analysis to prevent recurrence. As senior members of squads, they model agile leadership, champion SDLC excellence, and set expectations for testing, automation, documentation, security, and operational readiness.
