WHAT TO EXPECT As an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer V, you will lead large-scale engineering programs and define manufacturing strategies focused on recapitalization, capital investment planning, and operational capability across the Americas. This role operates at a highly strategic level, requiring deep expertise, strong business acumen, and the ability to influence senior leadership. You will lead complex, high-risk projects and programs while setting direction for engineering execution and long-term manufacturing capability. The role is centered on enterprise-level manufacturing engineering including capital strategy, process innovation, system integration, and performance optimization. You will play a key role in shaping engineering standards, guiding investment decisions, and driving alignment across multiple sites and functions. You will partner closely with senior leadership, plant leadership, and cross-functional teams to ensure engineering strategies align with business objectives.
