Job Summary
The Technical Recruiter is a unique, field-informed recruiting role embedded in TDIndustries' North Texas Construction business unit. This position is designed for a skilled trades professional who is ready to grow into talent acquisition - bringing credibility from the field into the recruiting process and developing the skills to become a full-cycle recruiter over time. Reporting to Talent Acquisition leadership with day-to-day partnership with Construction field leadership, the Technical Recruiter will serve as the primary evaluator of craft talent for apprentice through journeyman-level roles, while growing into broader recruitment responsibilities for the Construction business unit. This is a ground-floor opportunity in a role with a long runway - someone who enters as a credible trade professional and exits, over time, as a seasoned talent professional or construction operations leader.
