Summary: In this role, you will support the coordination and execution of enterprise culture, belonging, and impact initiatives. You will assist in advancing team priorities through strong organization, collaboration, and project support across multiple initiatives and workstreams. You will partner with internal stakeholders to help ensure deliverables are completed effectively, timelines are maintained, and communications and activities are aligned with business and team objectives. You will play an important role in supporting the Culture, Belonging & Impact (CBI) team through day-to-day coordination, communications, planning, operational execution, and event support. Estimated Hiring Range: At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $59,600.00 to $101,200.00.This position is also incentive eligible. Vizient has a comprehensive benefits plan!
