    RDO Equipment Co. in Pasco belongs to our Northwest Agriculture division which is made up of 10 stores across Washington and Oregon. The team members in Pasco support farmers in this area as they plant, tend and harvest the crops that feed the nation. This is a forward-looking customer base that defaults toward innovation.     What You Will Do:



    • Lead Store Operations: Provide leadership across all aspects of the store, ensuring operational excellence and accountability.
    • Drive Business Performance: Lead the development and execution of strategic business plans, annual benchmarks, and budgets aligned with company objectives.
    • Develop People & Teams: Coach, mentor, and support department managers and team members to encourage growth, engagement, and performance.
    • Champion Customer Experience: Partner with all departments to ensure customer satisfaction, resolve concerns, and build long-term customer relationships.
    • Strengthen Communication & Culture: Foster a highly engaged work environment through open communication, accountability, teamwork, and regular business updates.

    What You Will Need:



    • Proven Leadership Experience: Demonstrated success leading teams and managing business operations.
    • Operational Expertise: Strong understanding of sales, parts, and service operations.
    • Analytical Problem Solving: Ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions.
    • Customer Focus: Exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to building long-term customer relationships.
    • Communication & Technology Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills along with proficiency in business software applications.
    • Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of agricultural, construction, or Vermeer dealership operations preferred.


    • Valid work authorization: Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
