Are you a relationship-driven sales professional who thrives on helping healthcare providers improve patient care? Join our team as a Field Sales Representative and play a key role in driving growth across your territory. In this role, you'll partner with physicians and healthcare professionals, delivering impactful product presentations and educating customers on the features, benefits, and value our solutions bring to their patients and practices.

The successful Diagnostic Sales Representative will:

  • Execute the territory sales strategy and achieve business objectives within your assigned geography.
  • Build strong relationships with physicians, healthcare providers, and other healthcare personnel.
  • Deliver engaging and professional sales presentations tailored to the needs of targeted healthcare professionals.
  • Effectively utilize approved marketing and promotional materials to support customer education and product awareness.
  • Develop and implement a strategic territory plan to ensure consistent and productive customer coverage.
  • Identify opportunities to expand customer engagement and drive adoption of company products and services.

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 2+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience; preferred experience in allergy and/or pediatric markets
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral & written
  • The drive for self-development, the ability to collaborate, & an action-oriented work ethic
  • Ability to influence and drive for measured results

Desired Requirements:

  • Experience promoting, or educating an OTC (Over-the Counter) consumer health products preferred
  • Familiarity with advanced data analytics tools
