Position: IT Support Manager Location: Omaha, NE Work Environment: Onsite Job Description As the organization continues to grow, they are seeking an experienced IT Support Manager to lead end-user support operations and drive service excellence across the business. This role is ideal for a people-first leader who enjoys coaching, mentoring, and building high-performing teams while driving exceptional service delivery and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities * Lead, coach, mentor, and develop IT support team members. * Establish performance expectations, provide feedback, and support employee growth. * Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and customer service excellence. * Oversee help desk operations, end-user support, workplace technology, and asset management. * Partner with business and IT leaders to improve support processes and user experience. * Manage vendors and service providers to ensure quality service delivery.
