*Inside Sales Representative* *Location:* On-site
*Schedule:* Monday-Friday (8:00 AM-5:00 PM or 9:00 AM-6:00 PM) *Employment Type:* Contract-to-Hire (3 months, with permanent role budgeted) We are seeking a relationship-driven *Inside Sales Representative* to join our growing team. In this role, you'll connect with warm leads who are actively seeking residential moving services, guiding them through a seamless and personalized quote experience. This is not traditional sales-you're building trust, educating customers, and helping them confidently choose the best moving solution for their needs. With the support of innovative AI technology (Yembo), you'll deliver accurate, same-day or next-day quotes and play a key role in converting interest into booked moves. *What You'll Do* * Engage exclusively with *warm, inbound leads*-no cold calling required * Conduct *15-minute virtual surveys* with customers as they walk through their homes, using AI technology (Yembo) to inventory items * Generate and present *accurate moving quotes* within the same day or within 24 hours * Follow up on web inquiries and inbound call transfers to schedule virtual surveys * Build rapport with customers by understanding their needs and communication style * Present tailored options and guide customers to the best solution-without pressure * Confidently explain pricing, scope, and the reasoning behind quotes * Maintain timely and professional communication throughout the sales process * Drive toward the ultimate goal: *booking the customer's move* *What You Bring (Must-Have Qualifications)* * 1-2 years of sales experience (inside sales, SDR, BDR, account management, etc.) * Proven ability to *close sales and meet goals* * Strong relationship-building mindset-"you're making a friend, not just a sale" * Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt to different customer styles * Strong follow-up discipline and time management skills * Confidence in presenting options and allowing customers to make informed decisions * Ability to clearly explain pricing and stand behind your recommendations * Genuine belief in delivering value and representing a trusted brand *Nice-to-Have* * Experience in the moving, relocation, or logistics industry * Bilingual (Spanish/English) *Why Join Us (Employee Value Proposition)* * *Warm, high-intent leads only*-no cold calling * Work with established brands like *Mayflower and United Van Lines* * Leverage cutting-edge AI technology (Yembo) to streamline the sales process * Be part of a *small, collaborative team* where your impact is visible (team of 3) * Opportunity to transition into a *permanent position after contract period* * Competitive differentiation: * Industry average quote turnaround: ~11 days * Your impact: deliver quotes in *1-2 days* * Highly accurate estimates that customers can trust *What Success Looks Like* * Strong customer relationships and high satisfaction * Timely follow-ups and efficient scheduling of virtual surveys * Consistent conversion of warm leads into booked moves * Clear, confident communication that reinforces trust in the brand. *Job Type & Location* This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denver, CO. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
