The Opportunity: Join a premier, established real estate management firm as an elite Community Manager overseeing full-scale operations for a high-profile, luxury NYC residential asset. Operating at the intersection of high-end tenant hospitality, technical building operations, and strict regulatory compliance, you will fully own property performance, revenue optimization, and long-term asset value.
We are seeking a dynamic, seasoned real estate professional to act as the primary liaison between property owners, asset managers, and residents. This role demands a unique combination of financial acumen, building systems mastery, and exceptional leadership to guide onsite leasing, office, and maintenance teams.

The Impact You'll Make
Owner Relations & Financial Stewardship
  • Strategic Liaison: Partner directly with property owners, asset managers, and corporate stakeholders to present property health, update on capital improvements, and ensure maximum client satisfaction.
  • Fiscal Management: Drive the preparation of short- and long-range operating budgets and monthly forecasts. Analyze expenditure patterns and deliver Monthly Variance and Utility Consumption reports.
  • AP Oversight: Manage all vendor invoicing processes, cross-referencing charges to identify and resolve discrepancies, and ensure robust insurance compliance across the asset.
Technical Building Operations & Contract Negotiation
  • Vendor & Contract Management: Lead the bidding, negotiation, and awarding of all building service contracts (HVAC, critical systems, landscaping, elevator maintenance, etc.), holding vendors strictly accountable to SLAs.
  • CapEx & Modernization: Supervise on-property capital improvement initiatives, apartment turns, and structural construction projects, ensuring minimal disruption to residents.
  • Audit Readiness: Guarantee the property seamlessly passes all municipal audits, internal reviews, and building inspections. Act as the primary lead for emergency response and preventative mitigation.
Team Leadership & Resident Experience
  • Onsite Team Leadership: Direct, schedule, and establish performance goals for Resident Managers, leasing representatives, front-desk staff, and handymen. Review and approve leasing commissions.
  • Premium Tenant Relations: Act as the escalation point for resident concerns, leveraging elite diplomacy and customer service to maintain a world-class living environment.
The Ideal Profile
Professional Experience & Industry Background:
  • 5+ Years of NYC Expertise: Proven track record managing complex, high-end residential real estate assets within New York City.
  • Deep, practical experience navigating NYC rent-regulated stabilization frameworks compliance units.
  • Robust structural familiarity with NYC building systems, municipal codes, and local real estate laws.
Technical & Behavioral Competencies:
  • Credentials: NY Real Estate License (or the definitive ability to obtain one within 90 days of hire).
  • Software Fluency: High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and standard property management/revenue management platforms (e.g., Yardi, RealPage).
  • Exceptional emotional intelligence, empathy, and poise when handling high-stress tenant issues or building emergencies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or equivalent field experience.
