ABOUT THE ROLE If you're passionate about growing iconic consumer brands, building strategic retail partnerships, and turning insights into results, this is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact. As the Associate Manager, Sales Account Management - Walmart Air Care, you'll play a key role in driving profitable growth for one of SC Johnson's most important retail customers while helping shape the future of the Air Care category. In this highly visible role, you'll own the development and execution of short- and long-term business strategies that deliver value for both Walmart and SC Johnson. By leveraging customer insights, sales analytics, category trends, and market opportunities, you'll identify growth opportunities and develop winning solutions that strengthen our partnership and accelerate business performance. Success in this role comes from collaboration and influence. You'll work closely with cross-functional partners across Brand Marketing, Category Management, Shopper Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Customer Logistics to develop and execute customer-centric strategies that drive results. You'll also build trusted relationships with Walmart, balancing customer needs with SC Johnson's business objectives to deliver sustainable, profitable growth. This role is ideal for a strategic, results-oriented sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced CPG environment, enjoys solving complex business challenges, and is energized by influencing decisions, leading cross-functional initiatives, and delivering measurable business impact.
