Your Role on the Team The Senior Recruiter is a member of UCI's internal temporary staffing department. The Senior Recruiter uses employment and staffing techniques and concepts for employment, sourcing programs, and policies to fill short-term staffing needs for the UCI enterprise, inclusive of the Irvine campus, Health Sciences, and UCI Health. Employment and search efforts are diverse and complex in scope, where analyses of situations require a review of variety of factors. Exercises considerable judgment and discretion to determine appropriate action. Works with internal and external contacts on the management of temporary employees.
