Summary Job Description: Registered Nurse - Community Health & Wellness PRN - schedule/hours vary Job Description: Promote health education and essential healthcare services to the community. Deliver health education programs and conducting various health screenings. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, community organizations, and local agencies to address health disparities, promote preventive care, and enhance the quality of life for community members. May require occasional evening or weekend hours to accommodate community events or outreach activities.
