As a Security Officer Armed Security Clearance Patrol Driver in Fort Worth, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As an Armed Patrol Officer in an aero and defense location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. This is an armed and driving post where your professionalism supports daily operations. What You'll Do:

    Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control activities, and/or emergency response support at an aerospace and defense location.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting security-related concerns and communicating with site contacts and/or first responders as needed.
  • Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout assigned buildings, grounds, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and observe unusual conditions.
  • Monitor entry points, verify credentials and/or vehicle access authorizations, and report policy violations, suspicious activity, and security-related issues in accordance with post orders.
  • Support Allied Universal standards by maintaining a professional presence, following use-of-force and weapons protocols, and completing required reports, logs, and shift communications accurately and on time.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the military, law enforcement, or verifiable armed security experience.
  • Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Possess a Level III Armed Certification in Texas only.
  • Able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance
  • Must be able to understand, read, write, and speak English proficiently.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
